New Years 2 Morrow...

Tomorrow it is new year. It will be one of the best new years I believe, because we are going to Sensation White in Melbourne ! ! ! ! Do da party dance people....

I`m still in Brisbane counting down until my flight leaves for Melbizzie. Right now I`m watching a tv show about sharks which is not very interesting at all. ``The shark a fearsome creature of the sea...blablabla`` not very exciting at all. However I met a ``Free Internet`` girl today, it is one of those people on the streets here in Brisbane giving out free internet vouchers to backpackers. I have gone past her about 20 times and we started talking and talked for about 2 hours, which was quite nice. She was danish so we could speak danish and swedish even though I had hard time understanding some things.

Then I headed off to Subway for breakfast/lunch... I know not very healthy but anyway...Then I headed back to the Hostel and now I`m sitting here writing this blogg update. Hmm ugly fishes on the tv hahaha :) This has to be the weirdest blog update so far, as I`m writing what I am thinking. Hahaha you are getting an first time insight into my brain muhahahaha... Prettey kaotic isnt it??? Well anyway now im gonna check if the TV series are done :)... peace everyone and have a happy new year... and dont forget the new years promise. Mine is to learn Spanish or French fluently in one year... Its gonna be a hard one :)

I`m Back :)

I had an awesome christmas on Frazer Island in Australia. Just outside Rainbow Beach. It was very very very sandy... and ofcourse nice. It was party everyday and all night... well not all the day but close enough. We saw some dingoes and they did not come close during the day, but during the night after cooking they came close, because they wanted our food. In the middle of the night I literally ran into one of the dingoes scavaging our campsite and got quite scared.

The people were very nice and somehow I ended up getting a haircut in the middle of the night by a german blonde girl. The cut wasnt that bad, but today I went to Toni and Guy in Brisbane and fixed it so now I have a Fauz Hawk, looks quite good I think...

Well I`m staying in Brisbane for a couple 1 more day and then I`m off to Melbourne for Sensation White for new years and it is gonna be awesome. It`s party everyday and night for meeee.... :) Thats all for this time... HAPPY NEW YEARS... 2 days in advance and Amanda in Sweden, Happy Birthday 2 days in advance... :)

Boat Trip ! ! !

Just got back into town from the boat trip. It was real nice, lots of nice people and the skipper was a very aussie person. (The skipper is the captain steering the boat). Phil was the name of one of the crew on the boat and he was prettey awesome, a pure aussie. We sailed and snorkeled and slept in the sun on deck. Whitesuday was very nice, however it was not as I had imagined it. Most people say it is very beautiful, however I was not very impressed by the island or the reefs.

The sand however was very nice, 99% pure and therefore it was not warm at all even during the hottest hours of the day. I didn't drink a lot on the boat as it was BYO. However most people drank copius amounts of alcohol and were prettey drunk. We were all below 28 years old on the boat and that was really nice.

The funniest thing that happened was when this guy named Roman was looking for the outside sleeping madresses. The madresses for oustide use was stored right next to where the skipper slept, however when Roman was going to take a matress, he grabbed the leg of the captain. There are no light in the top cabin of the boat where the captain steers and therefore it was very dark and hard to see what was what. But it was still one of the funniest things that happened on the boat.

Heading out to mackers for a bit and then have and 9 hour wait until our buss leaves for Rainbow Beach. So tomorrow we will arrive in Rainbow beach and find a hostel and then just chillon the beach i suppose. Well have a good one and more updates coming up after Frazer Island or when something fun and interesting happens. Howdeyyyy ! ! ! Hoooooo ! ! !

14 December - 15 December

Magnum hostel on Magnetic Island is simply just amazing. It has . . . nothing. The kitchen does not have a stowe and if you want to cook or fry something then you have to use the barbeque located outside. If you want a towel it`s 1 dollar extra and if you want a pillow it`s 1 dollar extra and if you want a bedsheet it`s (what do you think???) 1 dollar extra. Kitchen stuff, such as a pot or a pan is available if you give them a 10 dollar deposit, so when you are done with the pot and give it back then you get the 10 dollar deposit back.

The rooms are very dirty and the shower is simply disgustingly amazing. It is amazing how the showers can be so dirty and worn down, it`s almost like a miracle. The internet is not available on wireless and when using the computers provided, it is not possible to open files which have been sent to your email. If one tries to open one then it says ``This function is not available due to security reasons``, it is neither possible to save the file to a hard drive or USB flash memory as the computers use this dumb security system.

13 December...

We rented a car for this increasingly exciting and learningfull day. We almost went off the road a couple of times but after a while my travel buddy got a hang of driving on the left side of the road. We visited Cape tribulation and Mossman Gorge. Mossman Gorge was this very nice river coming down from the mountains and it is in the middle of the rainforest which makes the natural sceneries very beautiful. However the water in the river is a bit too cold for my taste, but it was a nice cool-off from the blazing sun and the humid weather. I took around 400 photographs during this day, I`ve still got to go through all of the photograps, which is gonna take a while.

Cape Tribulation is also very beautiful and it has a couple of very long beaches running along the shorelines. The jungle is very thick and it is therefore very hard to see more than a maximum 8 meters infront of you when traversing in the jungle. We saw a couple of ``jungle hens``(or thats what I call them, don`t know their real name) and we also came across a couple of big lizards and other birds. Sadly enough we did not encounter any dangerous snakes or other animal. Another sad thing was that we didn`t encounter any crocodiles on the beaches or at the end of the rivers, however we could have gone up a river, but that would have been too dangerous as tourists had done this before and gotten eaten by crocs.

Overall it was a very nice day and right now while I`m typing this, I am sitting on a greyhound buss going towards Townsville where me and Michael will be heading out to Magnetic Island. It is said to be a very nice place to visit, so we decided to have a look on our way down towards Airlie Beach and Frazer Island. The buss takes about 6 hours going from Cairns to Townsville and I have about 5 hours left and have no idea what I am going to do for the next 5 hours.

When we arrived at Magnetic Island, we had no idea of where we were supposed to go. However we got on a local buss which was 2 dollars. We met a woman on the buss who said she would show us where the cheapest hostel on the island was located. She left the buss early and me and Michael were left not knowing where to go, so we stayed on the buss until it reached it final destination which was Horseshoe Bay. Here we found a backpackers called Bungalow Bay Village. This hostel is the most expensive one I have stayed on so far, it was 28 dollars per night in a 8 bed dorm room. There are also cockroaches, spiders and other vermin crawling around in the room, which I had not seen at the other two hostel which were cheaper. The food is also very expensive on this island as the locals are able to charge very high premium prices due to the fact that there is no or very very little competition on Magnetic Island.

1 Day relapse

Its a relapse deay today, we havent done anything interesting at all today. It has been raining the whole day and therefore it has not been very interesting. Me and Michael are leaving on a big fishing trip tomorrow at 7 in the morning. We are going to go fishing on a big boat for a whole day and then we will have to find a hostel in Port Douglas, as that is where the fishing trip is.

Michael is a nice person, but he has a little bit hard time to decide what to do and therefore I kinda have to tell him what we are doing. Its allright but a little annoying sometimes, because he can never decide on anything.

Michael...

Today I`ve decided to continue my travel with Michael. He`s from Germany and is turning 25 on the coming Friday. (11/12/2009) We have decided to travel together as he is also heading down the east coast of Australia. He has to be in Sydney before new years day and I have to be in Brisbane before new years day. It was here in Cairns that our paths first crossed and now we will travel for 1 month together.

We have already booked a sailing trip for 2 days, close to Whitesundays and we`ve also gotten a 4 wheel drive adventure on Frazer Island booked. Tomorrow, Thursday, we are going to leave for Port Douglas and have a look at the rainforest and then we will start heading down the east coast of Australia towards hour final destinations.

The Shining Sun ! ! !

The sun is shining yet again on this early tuesday morning in Cairns. Sitting outside the hostel, watching the birds hunt insects. The forecast for the day is; hot, sunny, humid and good. Today is the day that Fanny will arrive here in Cairns and it will be fun seeing her again.

Have met 3 guys here at the hostel, named Jakob, Lucas and Soren. All germans, but who isn`t german here in Australia? We went out last night and had a good time and met some fun people. It`s quite fun cause me and these guys have become good friends. They have all been in Australia travelling for more than 3 months. The fun part is that Soren and Jakob arrived in Australia on the same airplane and from that day on Soren has been following Jakob around, going where he goes and doing what he does.

I`m sharing dorm room with 2 germans and 1 french girl at the moment. They are nice people too, however they mostly speak german, so not as fun talking to them as to the other 3 guys who speak english when I`m around. I`m also out of clean clothes today hahaha, so now I`m gonna put on a wash.

For all those music lovers out there, check out the new song by ``Chris Brown - For Ur Love``

Back from Diving ! ! !

It all began with the blood feud between Chris and Mel. (They were the diving instructors) They fought a vigilant battle between each other. Mel stuffed Chris`s BC (buoyancy compensator, the thing that helps you float) with fish food and the fight was on. Chris ended up being bitten by a big red seabass. Now it was payback time for Chris. He put eggs into Mel`s BC and Mel got bitten on the inside of her leg by a red seabass. But the fight didn`t end here. The next morning Chris woke up being completely white, Mel had put flower all over Chris in his sleep. However Chris filled Mels mouth piece with tobasco sauce, so they ended up being even in the end.

This was the short story about both my instructors on the Kangaroo Explorer. The diving was not very exciting in the beginning, as we were only allowed to go down with our instructors. However when we gained our open water license it became a much more joyful experience. Me and Brigida were buddies at first, (buddy is the person you dive with). We went around and we dove quite deep, about 26 meters down. There we encountered several small sharks, however the sharks didn`t like to be petted, because as soon as I got closer than 2 m they swam away.

Brigida was a fun person, always smiling and seeing everything on the good side, so it was fun diving with her. We also saw several huge turtles. When she left I was paired up with a guy from England, named Steven. While diving with him, we were able to pet a turtle, but the turtle didn`t seem to like it that much. Got very close to some sharks with him as well and we saw this huge murray eel out swimming, dark brown with black spots on it and about 1 m 20cm long.

I also did 2 night dives, but during the first one I got a bad torch, so I mostly followed the other peoples torches. However during the second dive I got a much better torch and therefore the second night dive was much more exciting. The most fun thing to do when diving during the night was to shine the light of the torch on a small fish and then one of the seabasses would come and eat it. Sadly enough we were only allowed to kill a maximum of 2 fishes per night dive...During the second night dive, my torch stopped working and so I was left in complete darkness, because my buddy had swam around a coral. He came back eventually and then we continued back to the boat.

Right now I`m sitting outside my hostel and waiting for the day to start. No idea what I`m doing today, but I will surely find something eventually. Cheers everyone and more updates will be coming other nights.

Cairns...

Cairns, Cairns, Cairns... just watched about 20 bats oustide the hostel hunting for food (hope they are not blood suckers...). 6 germans and a swedish are in the same dorm... They talk a lot is all I can say about them, but they are a lively bunch.

The food which we are given for free is allright. Just like any regular food really, not great but its not school food either. Right now its 22:15 at night and its very very humid and its prettey warm too, I guess its around 35 degrees. Its nice but kinda hard to sleep.

Today I had my first diving lesson... not very exhilirating as its in a pool. However I understand that its necessary for some people to do the pool training first as they dont pay any attention to what the teacher is saying. Well ive got homework again hahaha. :(

I guess its about time that I watch a movie and go to sleep...Have to get up at 6:50 tomorrow to get picked up at 7:10 in the morning for my second day of the diving course.

There will be pictures uploaded next week from my diving trip as I have bought a water proof case for my camera.

Have a nice night/day everyone....

4 Days Left...

Only 4 days left until i leave for Cairns and my 6 day diving course. :) It is hard to find good clothing for the new years party in Melbourne, Sensation White. I can´t decide what I´m gonna wear and this is something that I will have to compose on my travel on the coast of Australia. Thursday its sale on a store called Khathmandu and that means 50% off everything in the store. Thats when I´m getting my travel backpack.

Today we went to the DFO (Direct Factory Outlet), however they did not have any nice white clothing and thus I still need white shoes, white pants/jeans and white t-shirt/dress-shirt for sensation white. The only thing I have so far is a belt... I don´t believe they will let me enter with only a belt and underwear at the New Years Party. So I suppose I will have to extend my white wardrobe a little bit.

The package I have ordered should arrive today, tommorow or on friday. I´ve ordered an underwater cover for my small digi-camera and hope to be able to take pictures during my diving trip. If it arrives on time, then I will have many pictures to put up when I´m back from the trip to Cairns.

Another good song to check out is: "I Came 2 Party - Space Cowboy" :)
Have a good one...

I´ve Fallen Behind

Yes, yes, yes... :) Thats all I can say right now, I´m heading out for Cairns in 1 week and its gonna be awesome. Getting my "Open Water Diver License" and also the "Advanced Open Water Diver License". 6 day course is what I call nice. 2 days of training and then its off for 4 days on a huge boat. "I´m on a boat" hahaha

After that its time to meet up with Fanny, a high-school m8. Chill, dive and party is whats going down. After that its off to Port Douglas and to check out the rainforest and its weird creatures. Then I´m stopping by at Townsville and Mackay on my way down to Brisbane. What I´m gonna do, I have no idea :) but its gonna be fun thats for sure.

Then I´m leaving in a Jetplane on my way to Melbourne. It´s "Sensation White" for New Years Party. It´s going to be around 40k of people going to this New Years Party and it´s all white.

This is a 1 month trip for me. From Cairns to Brisbane and then to Melbourne on a Jetplane. I should have taken more time for this trip, but I´ve got one month so better make the best of it.

It´s just like in the song "Holiday - Dizzee Rascal". This is my holday... There sure will be lots of pics when im back from this trip or during the time of the trip, so stay patient for pics.

For everyone who wonders, I am starting at UC in february for university.

Finally ! ! !

We are back in action. I have finally gotten ADSL2+ to my home. (Its our home but sounds better saying my home hehehe). Well now we have fully functioning internet. This is awesome, now I can get new songs from promotional websites again :).

As I had promised I would upload pics of what our place looks like. Here´s some pics of the unit.

My bed :)

A big wardrobe

Hmm Our Heater hahahaha

The other side of my room...

The Kitchen/Living room

The Kitchen/Living Room

A door...

Another door and some storage to the left

Nothing in this unit is fancy at all, most second hand stuff but its aight for the time being. However some stuff would need an upgrade.
There is a third room, but thats nashes and he was studying when I took these pics so no point disturbing.

Well, what else is there to say??? :) I am going to a dentist on monday the 23rd November. Hope I can get my braces off as soon as possible.

:) Another good song is "Eh-Yo - Denise Stone"

Long time no see :)

Hi, I´m back online again. However this is a quite expensive back online as I have bought a Telstra Pre-Paid Wireless Broadband. Therefore I now have internet and will be able to update posts on my blog.

However I can not upload pictures yet, as it will take too much of my small amount of internet that I can use. We will have an bigger and faster internet by the 10th of November. (This is what the ISP said) So therefore the uploading of pictures and other fun content has to wait.

Quite a lot has happened since I last updated this blog and the biggest event thats been was the Akon and T-Pain concert. Me, Nash, Yattah and Ovi lived in a hotel in Sydney for one night. The apartement we lived in had 2 floors and on the third floor there was a balcony, as the third floor was the roof of the hotel. We headed out towards the concert around 6ish. The concert itself was really good, normally you can´t hear what the artists are singing, but this time we could so it was nice. It was actually a little bit like a huge party rather than being a concert. Akon jumping and walking around in the crowd while singing and people jumping and dancing everywhere.

The concert was during tuesday the 27th of october and then again on the thursday, the 29th of october we went out clubbing and partying in canberra again. I do have some pictures from both of these nights, but as my internet usage is limited, I will have to upload those on a later time.

When we were in Sydney we also went shopping. I bought a pair of black shoes (to wear when I go out) and a new shirt. The other people with me also got some new clothes and other merchandise.

Today I went and bought this internet device.

For all you guys wondering about my university and future plans. I have gotten an offer from UC and ANU has not yet replied to me about my application. At the current stage it looks like I am leaning more towards UC than ANU. However it is soon summer vacation and I am planning on going travelling somewhere, where I´m going is yet to be decided.
Thats all for today (tonight)

ps: I have not gotten any work yet, as the employers wanted to know if I was staying in Canberra ower Christmas. However I do not think I will stay in Canberra the whole time as I plan to go travelling. Therefore work will have to wait a little longer. (Might be able to get weekly work somewhere) :)

No internet

Just so that you guys know. I have no internet in the unit which me and Nash have moved into and it will therefore take a while for the pictures to be uploaded. Which will mean that you will have to wait for probably several days if not max 2 weeks for pictures to come up.

However right now I am sitting in Civics mall on the computers here. Nash is at uni doing uni stuff. Well today I woke up at around 11:00 and then ate some breakfast and played some games. After this I decided to check how long time it takes to go from our new place to Civic, this took about 40 minutes to walk. (not that bad)

The other day... forgot to tell you guys about this. Me and Nash (ofcourse) went to check for a computer mouse. First we went to a factory outlet, where Nash thought that there would be a electronics shop, but there was only clothing shops so we wasted about 2 hours going there :(. But Nash went backwards in a roundabout which was kinda funny because the people in the other cars were just smiling and looking at us like what are these guys doing??? hahaha

Eventually we found an electronics shop in another shopping centre. Got the mouse and went back home.

General info: Buy electronic stuff before coming here cause the shops here for electronics suck.

hehehe ooops... >)

Another good song is "Pitbull - The Anthem" (one of his old songs but the best) :)

Half

It is half decided. Tomorrow me and Nash are moving in at the first apartment/duplex/house. I shall upload photos tomorrow of what the place looks like and further details.

Otherwise I have no idea what to write today... think think think... I haven´t done a thing today except clean the whole apartment/duplex/house and that took me basically the whole day... Atleast it smells good now :)

Further info coming 2 morrow :)

Confusion ! ! !

This is interesting, very very interesting. An idea is how it all started. This Nepalese embassy guy got the idea that three families should buy a house and somehow it got to a part where me and Nash would live in that house with some other people. However if this happens or not I am not sure.

It has gotten very interesting as I have no clue of where we are gonna live, but it´ll work out eventually :), so no need to worry. Also an update about my work position. I have called several places, but every single place is looking for people who have been working for a minimum of 2 years or another qualification is required or the position is already taken.

The most annoying part when looking for work is that all employers want someone who has specific qualification. Such as minimum 2 years work experince, earlier experience in the area of customer service, has to have had minimum of 2 employers before, "has to have a reliable transport" (this is the most common one) or that you have to have an australian/new zealand citizenship.

"Claude Kelly - Scratch" - this is a good song :)

Party Party Party ! ! !

Yea that´s right :) I turned 19 yesterday. We didn´t do anything special during the day as the weather was bad. However during the night we went partying :) and that was really fun this time. Met lots of people and had an overall fun time. We were at this club called "Academy" and its a quite big club. Its got an balcony in glass inside of the club so that you can stand above everyone dancing on the dancefloor below. Prettey nice...

Well anyway heres some pics... :)

Job...

Well today I´ve been looking for work. Handed out some resume´s to different places and applied for some stuff online. Mostly restaurants and fast food places...(the easiest jobs to get when your 19) and me and Nash are moving in a couple of days. We have to live in this one apartement and we will only sign a 3 months contract, so we will survive and after that we will see what happens.

I will also have to go and collect my learners license, but as we are moving there is no point getting it before we have moved houses. As I have to show that I am living in Australia in order to obtain the card etc.

2 morrow I have no idea what I´m gonna do as I will not have any work until at the latest monday. Thus this weekend we will probably go to the beach if the weather permits. As of tonight it´s supposed to be a thunderstorm again, so lots of rain and bad weather tonight.

Hmm what else...Oooh yea... Earlier I´ve been talking about photographes coming up etc. However this will take longer time as I currently do not have a drivers license or a motorcykle license and it is therefore hard to go around outside of Canberra. However I think that I shall recieve word from uni in about 2 weeks (Atleast I hope so...) as it´s been 2 weeks since I sent my application.

That´s all for tonight :)

House, House and more House...

Hmm... This is a big thinker. Me and Nash apparently have to move out before the 8th october or during the 8th october. We are currently looking for a townhouse or that is what we preferrably want as it is as expensive as an apartement or a duplex. Today we went and looked at one place, this place is like an appartement/townhouse/duplex. It would be 310 AUD per month. However it is very small and we will have people living above and to the side of us.

This unit was also very dirty and flithy overall and thus it was not very inviting. The bathroom itself was not very nice either and this put us off a lot but if we have to live somewhere then that can be okay for 6 months maximum. Me and Nash don´t really want to live there as the contract would have to be 6 months. (The owner preffers 12 months) There are townhouses which are between 330-370 AUD per week and they seem bigger. There is also this one townhouse which has 3 bedrooms and own parking etc and its 365 AUD per week. Thus it is a lot bigger than the one we looked at today. This house I would say seems more promising as me and Nash can add a 3rd person to live with house which would bring down the overall rent compared to the other house. Plus it´s a lot bigger.

So now the question is if we should try to postpone the renting of this apartment/townhouse/duplex thingey or just go along, but I believe that we will look for another house and see if it is possible to move in to any other one very soon.

This is a bit annoying because the people who are coming to this current house, where we currently live were supposed to come at the end of october and not the 8th october. So now we are pressured for time wohooo :)... NOT!!!

I shall come back with new updates 2morrow about our house situation and well see how it develops.

Melbourne

Hmm what can I say about this trip... First of all it was super duper huper muper expensive...(Hope my parents doesn´t read this :) ) Well the trip from canberra to melbourne took ages. 10 hour trip with bus and train combined, not the recommended way of travelling.

However the return was fast and easy as we used the things called "planes". This only took us 1 hour. Blablabla this is probably not what most of you guys and girls wanted to hear. You probably want to hear more about what we did and what happened in Melbourne.

We went out during the friday, saturday and almost during sunday... We went to this bar called "Rue Bebélon" (not sure if my spelling is corret) The bar was owned by a Nepalese guy and the main bartender named "Ding" must be one of the best bartenders ever. Ding told us about popular bars and clubs around the city which went from small bars, where one goes for a chat, to big clubs.

I shall not lie and say that we went to all of the popular bars and clubs. However we tried several, named Cookie, Bubbles, Torf and TFU amongst other. However Cookie and Bubbles had very strict dressing codes so we did not get in to those places, even though we were dressed according to high standards. Torf and TFU were closed, which was a dissapointment, but there was one other place called Amber. This was a mix between RNB, Hip-Hop and techno/club music. The entrance was not specatular in any kind of way, but inside the club it was gogo-time.

During saturday we met with Abinashes cousin (I do not recall the name), we went to his house and met with a lot of other Nepalese people. Then during the evening we went to this guys restaurant (where he was the head-chef). The food was really good and we got some extra dishes on the side and a nice discount, as we knew the head-chef. My primary dish can be seen below:

This dinner was not very expensive as we ate very very very very very much. However during sunday, we had nothing to do...(The weather was bad all the days we were in Melbourne) This was not very fun as it was cold and rainy all day long. Therefore we watched 2 movies at the cinema in Melbourne. We watched "Fame" and "District 9" both which were good movies.

Hmm what else is there to say... aaah the hostel we lived at is called "Backpackers Hostel" and its right next to the big train station. It was quite expensive for being a hostel, but as it is situated in the middle of Melbourne its a good place to stay.

Here we have abinash in the suburbs of Melbourne

Sun is setting over the suburbs of Melbourne

Outside our Hostel at 22:57 (night-time)
I have some more pics, will maybe upload more 2morrow...Gotta go for driving now :)

Tweet Tweet...

That was the sound of the birds, when I was stuck outside the house for 2 hours...Me outside house + no key = me not getting in. This was when Nash was at his tutorials at ANU and his sister was still at school and the rest of the family was working. I had just left Abinash at ANU and now when I got back I didn´t have a key... However I decided to go buy some candy, energy drinks, chips, amongst other unhealthy things. This only took 15 minutes so when I was back at the house there was nothing else to do than wait and wait and wait.

The wait was not all in vain, I learnt that it was easy to get invited to others peoples houses. This was because several people asked me what I was doing sitting outside on the ground not doing anything in peculiar and thus asked me if I wanted to wait at their houses. I must admit that I declined as you never know what kind of people you meet out during a day when the sky is "yellow".

The sky was yellow due to the huge amount of dust in the air. There had been or apparently were a dust storm. I also took a taxi today and the woman driving the taxi was super lame...so lame...I tried to talk but all she said was "Ok" or "Aha". This must´ve been the most boring taxi driver I´ve ever met. The taxi was quite cheap...about 11AUD, which wasn´t that bad.

Hmm I´ve got nothing else to say for today. Hoppedi Hopp Bibberibop I wish I could stop. :) LOL

Car Crash ! ! !

Haha, fooled ya. No, but we almost crashed with Nashes car today. We are going down the middle lane doing about 60. Suddenly a car which is to the right of us decides to go into our lane infront of us and then decides to hit the breakes at the same time. Which meant that we went flying into the lane to the right of us. (It´s a 3 lane road) This other driver was obviously not looking and just decided to turn. Fortunately we didn´t crash into him.

Today is also the first day that me and Nash can say that we aren´t sick any more. Today Nash finished his last exams/test and he believes it went well....and I´m gonna do my drivers license course next week on monday, tuesday and wednesday and then I´ve got my learners license. The funny thing is that I won´t have to drive at all to get the learners license... Weird country....

So now I´m about to watch a movie about street protesting which ends up in fights :) a bit like hooligans...
ps: no pics cause I haven´t had time to take any new ones...

However on friday me and Nash are going to Melbourne for a couple of days and after that I will have many new photos to upload.

The Sickness Update ! ! !

Hrm Hrm...
Me and Nash have caught the same sickness, beginning this monday and is still continuing today as we pass our third day of sickness. This may come to a schock for many of you, but we are sick...

The weirdly and sort of funny thing is that me and nash have exactly the same sickness. We both have headaches, a cold, fever and random aches. However the aches are gone and the fever, there are only two obstacles left. The cold and the fever.

As we are passing into our third night here in Canberra, hope has begun to wither away. But the super pill has not fogotten hope and thus it is restored again. (By this I mean pain-killers)

The hope is that we shall arise to our former strenght in the morning and be able to carry out the difficult tasks at hand. We shall continue.....

What I meant to say was that I´ve been sick and thus not been able to update my blog and I just realised that I might should have told you guys (and girls). However when I get the time for more pictures and informatin about school or work that will be updated.

I´ve sent my application to ANU and UC and the results of those should arrive within 3-5weeks... I know it´s a long time. Hang in there until then!

Night Photography ! ! !

Me and Nash just got back from deciding to leave the house for some night photography at 21:53pm. We went to this mountain and the task of night photography proved to be more difficult than expected. Even though I used a tripod to stabilize the photos, most got blurred or distorted and thus these are the few selected photos out of the 60 we took... Thus that gives you an idea of how hard it was.
This last one is just for fun :)
Btw these pictures have not been edited hehe cause I snapped them 1 hour ago from now hahaha

Parrot at 12 o Clock ! ! !

Hehe snapped some photos of a parrot just 2 minutes ago :) picked some out for ya guys to see ... :) It´s just for fun anyway...
Hmm... Ima try to get some other animals 2 :P

Damn ! ! !

Grrrrrrrrrr....Last night me and Ovi and Nash went out, however I forgot the most important thing at home...(No its not booze :) ) I forgot my camera... Thus I have no pictures from my first night out in Aussie-Land.

There shall be other nights, but I too think it would have been fun to have some pictures from first night out. I met so many people I have no idea which name goes to which person...Right now its 11:03am here in Aussie and if I look out through the window I see the sun shining, the temperature rising and the birds singing.

Many people are asking me how I am doing on the parts of University and work and car/motorcykle license. Here are some answers for you guys (and girls). I have not started to look for work yet, but as I can work anytime during the day and night as I do not have school or anything better to do, I believe it will not be too hard to find a full or some part time jobs. I´ve also started to look at car/motorcykle license...Now you will be amased. To take a car license one has to take a learners license...which means that you can only drive with a person who has a full driving license. This learners license you then have to have for a period of 6 months (half a year...yea I know...this is nuts) and after these six months you can take another upgrade so to speak...which basically is like a normal license, but you have to display a P sign on the car and this has to be done for 3 years, before one can take the full license.

However as I am not living with anyone who has a full license, then this means that I will have to take a learners license and then not drive for 6 months as I am only allowed to drive with someone who has a full license. Therefore I am going to take a motorcykle license, because in theory this should take much shorter time to get as you can not always have a person with a full license on the motorcykle everytime you are driving. Thus I´ve planned to take a motorcykle license and use that for 6months whilst I will also have my learners but I won´t be driving a car.

Now to the University section. I am going to apply to ANU and UC (Univeristy of Canberra) and some other ones. However yesterday when I was going to send my online application to ANU it wasn´t possible, because their online banking thingey (when paying for the application) was not working. Thus I will try to do this again today and I shall come back with an answer later.
